Focus
- If using heart rate, don’t try and force it up too quickly or you’ll go off too hard. Build through HRZ 3/4 progressively.
- Keep your pedal stroke strong but even. Avoid mashing when it starts getting tough.
- This is a tough session. Ensure you’re well rested and up for it.
