- Concentrate during the easier HR/PZ2, don’t switch off and allow intensity to drop lower.
- You might find it easier to maintain the intensity during the longer efforts on a gradual climb.
- The third hour efforts take a lot of focus and determination. You may find them easier with a training partner.
