Renting a bike with Veloharmony is easy and fun. Review the tips below, to have a great experience with each bike rental.
How do I pay for my rental?
Bike Rentals can be paid via our online booking, or in person using PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Credit/Debit Cards.
The weather has turned bad, can I cancel my reservation?
Day of refunds due to heat or rain are not issued. We can reschedule your reservation on a case by case basis.
Can you drop off or deliver the bikes?
Delivery and pick up of bikes within the Woodlands area is available for a fee. Please contact us to arrange.
How do I get help with a bike?
If you get a flat or need help with a bike, please contact us 713-360-8664
What to do if the bike gets muddy?
Bikes should be clean for each rental. If the bike should get dirty during the rental, please try to clean it for the next person. If left muddy, a $20 cleaning fee will be charged.

What to do if I’m in an accident?
Call 911. Get the motorist’s information. Wait for the police to arrive. Contact us. Document the scene and any damaged items. See a doctor to make sure you are OK.
