Cancellation of Appointable Products
Veloharmony Custom Fit Studio has a 24-Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy for all booked Appointments.
Cancellation and Pricing Policy at Veloharmony Custom Fit Studio enables us to accommodate your schedule by giving you full control of ours through online scheduling features for all appoint-able services.
If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your original booking or you will be charged $50 cancellation fee. This policy is in place out of respect for every one’s time, including your fellow athletes and your fitter. Last minute cancellations are difficult to handle and increased frequency of “I just couldn’t make it in” has prompted our enforcement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation of Subscription Services
All Subscription services must be cancelled prior to the start of the next month’s billing cycle. No refunds can be issued for any subscriptions once payment has been processed.
Return Policy
There is a 30 day return policy for all non-virtual product purchases and other tangible goods; and the product must be in a new and unused condition.
If the reason for the return is not Veloharmony’s doing, customer pays all return costs. If we are at fault you will be sent a return label at our expense.
There are no returns on virtual downloadable products or Services.
Pricing Policy
We are a fee-for-service business and our prices are competitive but may fluctuate with the season and are therefore subject to change without notice.
You will be charged according to the published price when you book your appointment. Thank you for supporting small business owners in our state!
