I reached out to Eldred to help teach my 8 year old to ride his bike. With 2 lessons he's ready to go! The first lesson we worked on balance, and precision and had some homework before returning for the second lesson to work on control. Eldred even helped customize my son's bike seat so we could get a few more years out of the bike before upgrading to the next size. If you're a busy parent and have an hour to spare to get your kid riding, you've got to call this guy, he's a pro!

Very pleased with Veloharmony! My husband’s bike had 2 flat tires. While Eldred could have ripped us off (originally I thought both wheels had to be completely replaced) he politely explained that it was just the tube that needed to be replaced. He even cleaned the bike for us and adjusted the handlebars. We dropped the bike off Saturday afternoon and picked it up Sunday afternoon! He works quick and at a great, reasonable price. Eldred is a hidden gem and I would recommend anyone with bike issues to call him!

Took my bike in the box from Walmart to be assembled, very happy with my experience! The owner even took the time to show me a few biking tips and made sure that the brakes on my bike were quiet. Highly recommend their services!

I called to ask if they repaired bicycle tires and the guy who answered the phone told me that I needed an appointment and started to raise his voice at me. With that kind of service I would never go to them. What a way to serve customers. It's been a long time since someone raised their voice to me on the phone.

I ride a Canyon Endurace 8.0, which I fitted myself, and looked into Veloharmony due to significant outer knee pain. After getting my bike fitted I went from having knee pain prevent me from cycling more than ~30 miles at a time, to having none. I was able to bike 40 miles right after having my bike fitted without any knee pain. Eldred spent a lot of time with me to make sure the fit was perfect and that I was happy with it. He also gave me plenty of tips on how to improve my form, advice on how to maintain the bike, etc. I was very satisfied with the service.

Eldred did a great job fixing up my wife's bike. He was full of knowledge and was generous with providing us helpful info for maintaining the bike. He did a truly expert job at fixing the tire, and other things I didn't even know were wrong with it. The bike rides great now. Thanks!

Elrod is a true master of his craft, and I will never take my bikes anywhere else. We had a "Covid" built bike that had some parts that were inferior to what the manufacturer said it had and was more than a year out of warranty... Elrod identified the issue, researched the issue, and gave me the verbal ammo needed to hold that manufacturer accountable for their workmanship, and best of all, it did not cost me a dime. If you're reading this and you're trying to decide on who you want to work on your bicycles, then my advice is to get online and set an appointment. Elrod will take good care of your cycles!!!

Great customer experience! I am a dirt trail rider with 3 years of mud, sand, water, etc. accumulation on my bike and no maintenance over that time. After a rear flat tire, I took my bike in for an overhaul and repairs. Eldred reviewed a detailed work plan with me at his shop and did an incredible job and finished on time. While working on it, he noticed that the derailleur was not allowing the chain to move to the two largest gears. After discussions with the manufacturer, he found that it was missing a simple 70 cent bolt and now my 9 speed is the 11 speed it should be! I will definitely be returning for more regular service and follow his suggestions for home maintenance in between visits.

I took my bike in because it wasn’t riding properly. Not only did Eldred fix the issue but he went above and beyond and inspected every part of the bike and made sure everything was in good working order and corrected the things that needed corrected. Now my bike rides better than it ever did. He is very meticulous and explains what the problem is, how it happens, and how he fixes it. He is a wealth of knowledge and very professional. Also very reasonably priced. If you need to take your bike in I highly recommend Veloharmony Cyclery. Your bike will be in very good hands.

Eldred is an absolute gem! I brought my bike in for a couple of minor issues and he walked me through what was going on and why. He fixed up my bike and helped adjust it to me for a better riding experience. He definitely enjoys what he does and it shows! Highly recommend Veloharmony!
